Tyki K-pop Giveaway No.1 — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
[Legal Entity Name], [Address]. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, X Corp., or with any recording artist, entertainment agency, or chart provider named in connection with it.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
Begins August 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends August 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to enter
Standard Entry. During the Entry Period:
- Follow @tyki_official on X;
- Like and publicly reply to the official giveaway post naming your pick;
- Submit a prediction on any K-pop market at tyki.app/kpop; and
- Complete the entry form with your X handle, email address, and the artist you picked.
Using Tyki is free and requires no purchase, payment, or account.
Alternate Entry (free, no prediction required). During the Entry Period, complete the entry form and select “Another artist” in place of an artist. No prediction on Tyki and no action on X is required. Alternate Entries have the same chance of winning as Standard Entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per X account. Entries submitted through multiple accounts or identities, by automated means, or by any method other than as described are void, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant.
5. Prizes
Twelve (12) prizes, total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $360 USD.
Each prize is official merchandise of the artist the winner selected on the entry form, with an ARV of up to $30 USD, selected and purchased by Sponsor at retail. Winners who entered by Alternate Entry, or who selected “Another artist”, will receive official merchandise of an artist featured on tyki.app/kpop, selected by Sponsor, of equivalent value.
Prizes ship to United States addresses only, within seven (7) business days of a winner confirming a shipping address. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected merchandise is unavailable.
Predictions made on Tyki use a practice balance. They do not involve real money and do not pay out real money.
6. Winner selection
Twelve (12) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about August 12, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Before awarding a prize, Sponsor may verify that a Standard Entry winner completed the actions described in Section 4; if it cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Winner notification and fulfillment
Winners will be announced on @tyki_official and notified by direct message on X on or about August 12, 2026. A winner must respond with a valid U.S. shipping address within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor will never request a fee, payment, wallet connection, or recovery phrase from any entrant or winner.
8. Privacy
Information submitted is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with the Tyki Privacy Policy. Shipping addresses are used solely to fulfill prizes and are deleted after fulfillment. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s personal information beyond their public X handle without consent.
9. General
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity.
10. No association with X
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. Entrants release X Corp. from any and all liability. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor, not to X Corp.
11. Winners list
For the names of winners, send a request to [email] within thirty (30) days after the announcement date.
