Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Purpose & Agreement to Terms

These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Next Markets Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and the member in relation to the use of the simulated prediction service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') provided by the Company.

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to Next Markets Corp.'s 100% free simulation market prediction service that members can use regardless of the terminal (including various wired/wireless devices such as PCs and portable terminals) being implemented.
  • "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Service, enters into a use contract with Next Markets Corp. according to these terms, and uses the Service provided by Next Markets Corp.

3. Nature of the Service

This service is a 100% mock investment/prediction simulation where betting using real cash or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Virtual points used within the service have no actual monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold under any circumstances.

Next Markets Corp. does not encourage gambling and aims to foster healthy information exchange and insight into market predictions.

4. Paper Trading

4.1 Simulated Trading Only

The Paper Trading feature allows members to place simulated buy and sell orders on prediction markets using virtual points. All trading activity on Tyki is entirely simulated. No real money, cryptocurrency, or assets of any kind are involved at any point. Points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed under any circumstances. Next Markets Corp. does not operate a real-money trading platform and is not a broker, exchange, or financial institution.

4.2 Data Source & Disclaimer

Certain prediction market data displayed within the Paper Trading feature — including but not limited to market prices, probabilities, outcomes, and contract information — is sourced from one or more third-party data providers via their publicly available data interfaces. Next Markets Corp. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any such third-party data provider, and does not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy of any data obtained from such sources.

The data displayed on Tyki:

  • is provided for simulation and entertainment purposes only;
  • is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current;
  • may be delayed, cached, aggregated, or otherwise differ from the data available directly from the original source at any given time;
  • should not be relied upon for any real-money trading or financial decision.

Members who wish to access authoritative, real-time market data should consult the original data source directly. Tyki's displayed data is not a substitute for the original source, and Next Markets Corp. makes no representation as to the identity, terms, or availability of any such source.

Next Markets Corp. expressly disclaims all liability for any discrepancy between data displayed on Tyki and data available from any third-party source, and for any action taken by a member in reliance on data displayed on Tyki.

4.3 No Financial Advice

Nothing within the Paper Trading feature — including simulated results, portfolio performance, P&L figures, ROI calculations, leaderboard rankings, or any other displayed metric — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation of any kind to participate in any real-money prediction market or financial product. All results are hypothetical and simulated. Next Markets Corp. does not provide financial advisory services of any kind.

4.4 Seasons & Account Resets

Paper Trading operates on a season-based system. At the end of each season, virtual balances, open positions, and trading history may be partially or fully reset. Next Markets Corp. reserves the right to modify season structure, duration, initial point grant amounts, and reset conditions at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for points or positions lost as a result of a season reset.

4.5 Order Execution

Simulated orders are subject to available liquidity in the underlying data sourced from third-party providers. Next Markets Corp. does not guarantee that all orders will be filled, or filled at the quoted price. Partial fills and unfilled orders are a normal feature of the simulation and do not constitute an error or any obligation on the part of Next Markets Corp.

4.6 Public Profiles

A member's simulated portfolio value, season P&L, and ROI may be visible to other members via public leaderboards and profile pages. By using the Paper Trading feature, you consent to this information being publicly displayed. Cash balance is not disclosed to other members.

4.7 Limitation of Liability

NEXT MARKETS CORP. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED BY A MEMBER AS A RESULT OF:

  • RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, PRICE, OR INFORMATION DISPLAYED WITHIN THE PAPER TRADING FEATURE;
  • ANY DECISION TO PARTICIPATE IN A REAL-MONEY PREDICTION MARKET OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL ACTIVITY BASED ON PAPER TRADING RESULTS OR EXPERIENCE;
  • ANY DISCREPANCY BETWEEN DATA DISPLAYED ON TYKI AND DATA AVAILABLE FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY SOURCE;
  • ANY INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY DATA.

SIMULATED PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ANY FUTURE RESULTS, SIMULATED OR OTHERWISE.

5. Establishment of Use Contract

The use contract is established when a person who wishes to become a member (hereinafter referred to as the 'Applicant') agrees to the contents of the terms and applies for membership, and Next Markets Corp. accepts such application.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Next Markets Corp. is exempt from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  • Next Markets Corp. is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service caused by reasons attributable to the member.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to engage in the following conduct while using the Service, including its community and social features:

  • Posting content designed to coordinate group behavior, artificially align predictions, or manipulate sentiment toward any real-world event or third-party prediction market.
  • Systematically spreading false or misleading information, impersonating insiders or individuals with privileged knowledge, or organizing efforts to deceive other members about real-world events.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service or community features.
  • Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other members through any feature of the Service.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or circumvent any restriction imposed by Next Markets Corp.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary systems of the Service.

Next Markets Corp. reserves the right to remove content that violates these prohibitions and to suspend or terminate accounts of members who engage in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

Next Markets Corp. may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms within the Service and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
